Just wanted to write to you both to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU for all your assistance in booking, rebooking, re-scheduling, advice and general help. Really appreciate all your time, effort and no doubt bloody hard work and at times midnight phone calls you put into getting us away on our trip. Neither Thailand riots nor volcanic ash was going to stop you from flying us somewhere hot and sunny!!!
