“Living near Edinburgh and using a travel agent hundreds of miles away may not seem like the obvious starting point when planning a wedding / honeymoon / holiday of a lifetime. However, I had received a personal recommendation from a colleague who is a frequent visitor to Mauritius to explore Tracy & Bianca’s at The Travel Concept’s knowledge and service. It seemed rude not to at least pick up the phone to them and I would urge anyone to do the same. Piecing together a wedding in Mauritius and a visit to Dubai was a daunting task until Tracy started to guide us through the maize of resorts and options.
Her personal knowledge of Mauritius, willingness to liaise with the wedding co-ordinator and airline to smooth out all the finer detail in our plans was nothing short of fantastic. The result was the most unforgettable experience at The Paradis Hotel & Golf club. With only one wedding per day guaranteed (and only one that week) and with an experienced, friendly and confident wedding co-ordinator, we were treated like stars. The food, service and choice of activities were all beyond our wildest dreams – the sunsets amazing and beaches as clean and safe as you could wish for. Hotel recommendations in both destinations were exactly what were looking for – Tracy even managed to persuade the airline to make extra allowance for our wedding clothes.
If you have a “wish-list” for your dream wedding or holiday, I wouldn’t hesitate in picking up the phone – it is a completely different level of service to anything I have experienced before. A massive thanks to Tracy & Bianca for genuinely bringing our dreams to life!”
